Bonuses only work when certain conditions are met — you can learn about them on the dedicated bonus page, or you can find the info in the Bonus Terms & Conditions page.

Bonuses will not be activated if you have more than one account in Bets.io, or if you already claimed it (for example, if you claimed a weekly reload bonus on a Friday, you can’t activate it again until the next Wednesday).

Special bonuses that are e.g. part of a marketing campaign cannot be activated if you have duplicate accounts
