My account has been blocked or suspended.

There are lots of reasons why this can happen, but the most common one is multi accounts. We strongly advise you to only have one account in Bets.io because otherwise you might lose all your funds and be suspended permanently.

Another very common reason is double-spending. Double spending is when you cancel a transaction and create a new one with the purpose of speeding up the transaction process. However, our system has already received multiple confirmations, and for anti-fraud purposes, it has been flagged as a double spend. For this reason, we recommend that you do not cancel the transaction and create a new one afterward.

The system says I reached one of my gambling limits.

If you have set any limits on your account (on deposits, losses, time spent in our casino, etc.), the system will notify you when you reach any of them. You can reach out to customer support at [email protected] or via the live chat widget on the site and ask them to increase or remove certain limits.
