Does the casino support crypto swaps for deposits?

Yes, we have a C2C (Crypto-to-Crypto) swap tool. To use it, take the following steps:

1. Open the depositing modal window by clicking the green Deposit button at the top right corner.

2. Choose a coin that you would like to use for depositing.

3. Choose a coin in which your deposit will be credited to your balance.

4. Indicate the sum of your deposit. Please ensure that the sum exceeds the minimum deposit amount of the coin in which your balance will be credited.

4. Confirm and go to the next tab.

5. Scan the QR code or copy the wallet address to which you should send the money.

6. Send your deposit to the indicated address. Please ensure that the sum of the deposit is greater than the minimum deposit amount of the coin in which your balance will be credited. Please note that your coin's network might charge a transaction fee, affecting your deposit's overall sum.

7. After the money is sent, it will be credited to your balance within 60 minutes on average.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please always save the transaction ID which is displayed in the process of the C2C swap.

Can I withdraw using the C2C swap?

Unfortunately, this is not an option at the moment.

However, we’ll soon implement a solution that allows you to withdraw money via C2C swap.

How long does the swap process take?

The conversion usually requires no more than an hour to process. If your money wasn't credited to your account in 60 minutes, please contact the customer support team at [email protected] or via the live chat widget on the site, describing all the transaction details.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please always save the transaction ID which is displayed in the process of the C2C swap.

Do I have to pass KYC for C2C?

In some cases, if the system assumes your transaction is suspicious, you’ll have to pass the KYC process initiated by C2C providers through email. However, such cases are rare.
