Can I withdraw money to a bank card?
At the moment, bank card payouts are not available in Bets.io. However, we’re currently working on a solution, and we’ll update the information here as soon as it is implemented.
What is the maximum withdrawal limit?
Maximum daily withdrawal limit is 30,000 USDT or its equivalent in other available currencies. Weekly cashout limit is set at 60,000 USDT, while monthly withdrawal cap is 100,000 USDT. VIP users can be an exception.
Is there any transaction fee for withdrawal?
No, we do not charge any fees or commissions for withdrawals — we simply send you all the requested money in full.
Can I deposit in one currency and withdraw to another?
Unfortunately, this is not an option at the moment.
However, we’re currently developing such a solution as part of our loyalty program.
