We'll describe how to clear the cache and delete cookies in Google Chrome because most of our clients use this browser. This process may differ a little from device to device, but the overall course of action is pretty similar for all browsers:
Open Google Chrome.
Click the button with three vertical dots in the top right corner of the page.
Click "More tools" and then "Clear browsing data".
At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, simply select "All time".
Check the boxes for "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files".
Click "Clear data".
